I have the Blackberry Storm. All of the sudden I have no sound. The button for sound is useless and no matterwhat I do with the software I can't get sound. Any suggestions ? Thanks in advance

You could be stuck in headset mode. Try this:

Plug in a headset and go into media player, start any song, press the BlackBerry menu button, select 'Activate Handset', close media player and make a call.

or...plug in headset, leave it plugged in and do a battery pull, do not unplug headset until phone is finished rebooting.
