How can I prevent the previous months' calendar data on Outlook and my Blackberry from being deleted when syncing? I'm using Outlook 2007 and this is not a BES. Sorry for this basic question but I've found the question asked a couple of times but have never found the answer.

Make sure you set up the sync configuration correctly on DM. Also set the calendar options on your bb for how long to keep calendar entries. Under calendar options/general options, look down in the Actions section. You can tell it to save 15, 30, 60, 90 days and Forever.

I checked my settings on the blackberry and they were set to forever. It must be something I've set with the desktop that needs to be changed.
