Please help me.

I am new blackberry user. I have 3 email accts set up. All was working fine until about 3 weeks ago. For some reason my emails ocassionally are deleted. I do have my email accounts setup on the BB to save forever. Any reason why I would loose emails? Any way to recover? Are the blackberry.net emails stored on a server somewhere before downoloaded to the BB. I had a very important email that I received yesterday, and now it is gone.

I am up to date with the bb software updates.
