Where is the best place to download loud ringtones and alerts.They're all too low on phone
I personally use CB's ringtone gallery. For louder tones I use musical tones and adjust the volume to as high as it'll go

Ringtones, MP3s, Wallpapers, Videos and more from Myxer.com is my choice just type in loud or annoying or even high frequency in search. Should give you plenty of choices
Download Audacity, you can use it to create your own ringtones from your music collection and make them as loud as you want :)
Zedge.net for some good ones.
I also use Zedge. They seem to have just about everything.
