    I know I have my correct name and password. It works on my computer using any browser I choose. As for the Crackberry software, no matter how many times I tried, it refuses to let me log in. I am soon going to give up and uninstall it!

    In using the Microsoft log in part, it also refuses to let me log in, and yet I can log in to Microsoft with my computer using any browser.

    Hi Jerry, had similar issue from the Z10. Ensure there's no trailing space behind the username especially if you flick the username from the keyboard. Flicking automatically includes a space after the word flicked in readiness for the next word...
