I need help regarding location. I currently use the 9630. While browsing there has been several media I could not play because it says I am using a device out of country. When I went on youtube my location shows Canada (I am in the U.S.). When I went on a local law site it also showed that I was using my device from Canada. I am in the U.S. and the device was purchased in the U.S. How can I change this so that as I browse its identified as being used in the U.S..
