I need to access locally a web server installed on my PC; I don't have a wi-fi capable device. I aim to reach it directly through a USB cable or a bluetooth connection. The other way would be to access my router through internet but i see it rather ridiculous and cumbersome (the router has a dynamic IP and I would then need to setup something using a Dynamic DNS service).
