It might be a secure exchange system like ours and can only be used on bes. You may have to forward it to a gmail acct to work

If you can set the email account to forward messages to your bb email account, you will have push email for this account. Then set the reply address as your school email address.

I'm assuming that your school uses Microsoft OutLook Web Access

First log into your BIS account.

2.click setup email account button, followed by add existing email account.

    3. enter your school email address followed by the password, you might get a message saying that the information entered is incorrect, if so click on the provide additional settings tab. Once you do that select the microsoft exchange option.

    4. enter your email add and password. You will also see an option that says something like enter web site url, to get that URL log into your school email account click your inbox tab, once you do that copy the address from the address bar and paste it into the field that ask for the website url.

5.now you just have to fill in the user name option and mailbox name..Hope that helps....

It will ask for the url (http://exchange.domain.com/exchange
What ny URL was in place of the first exchange was my university
(https://setonhill.domain.com/exchange) try putting the business or school in place of the first exchange and see if it works

My school's email is through gmail, but the domain name on my email address is [email protected]... I tried using both but neither would work. AHH is the only option to use a forwarding system? MURR!

Read my posts regarding e-mail supported by Google Apps.

Solution: Contact your school's computer Help Desk and they can help you set it up if its hosted by Google.
