    Mine lights up when it dark but if I in a lit room it don't light up my wife's is the same way too

    Luvitlo ya I think maybe mines like that to. I ll have to keep a better eye on it. Thought it was a setting or something or a glitch

    Its because the bb has a sensor that know when the light needs to be in the keyboard. Try it once outside with the sun then go inside where its dark.
