Keeping track of employee devices.

hello i currently own a company with my father, and we use BB's for our regular everyday operations of the business, we currently have 4 in the field and we are wondering if there is any app or wireless back up that we can use to trace the sms, mms, and all other data that goes through the phones. reason being is that we have a lot if sensitive data transferred and we have had workers leak our information to others before. were looking for something that would make a copy of the messages that are sent from the phone to either a back running program or a pc in our office. where these are completely work phones we are allowed to trace messages and data leaving from and going to them. thanks for the help.

What you're looking for is BES. It is exactly what you are looking for. RIM now offers BESX for small business for free. I dont have a link handy right now, but it shouldnt be too hard to find.

BESX will do the job if you're running MS Exchange.

Yea BESX is what you want. Your company is exactly what they are targeting with the product, and as other have pointed out, IT's FREE!!!!!! You might need to higher an IT guy, or do some serious learning yourself, in order to run it thou, BUT it's probably worth it. :)
