The article you posted is about chipsets, not operating systems or even OEMs.
Generally 95% of these "vulnerabilities" mean nothing to users... as they require physical access to the device.
I think BlackBerry offers a very secure Android solution and if rooting is your biggest concern, maybe the best.
I also think the there are other factors besides rooting that are of concern to most people and many organizations..... thus BlackBerry is a nobody these days.

Blackberry is the most secured android phone.
I do enjoy nobody thank you very much.
Funny thing is no one can tell what phone you have unless they look up close. But my KEYone everyone will know it is blackberry

That has nothing to do with the article, the vulnerabilities in the article are due to the CPU manufacturer, not the phone OEM.
