Just got my 1st ever blackberry my 1st smartphone as well. I have a curve 8330 and I love it. I am still getting to know it have had a few little frustrations. Still trying to find out how to set ringers and things. So any one have any tips or tricks. I am an empty book want to learn all I can I'm so excited :D
Welcome! You can set your ringers by going to Profiles , scrolling to "Advanced" (click) then click the BB button (next to the trackball) and select "Edit", then you can adjust ringers/volume for all events...

Most applications have settings and options that can be accessed through the Menu, Options combination.
