    I can't download blackberry app world its saying its not supported?

    Facebook is downloaded already but if I click it it opens the browser

    Manage internet email also opens up the browser so I cant setup my email?

    Whats wrong?

    Do you have a data plan? You cannot use App World, the Facebook app, or email without one.

    just go to email setup and then options and resend service books and then it will work...
