I had my first BB back in 2001 and back then it was primarily a corporate device. More and more however, I'm seeing the "kids" with them. So the question I guess I have is, are you guys noticing that as well? I guess with the growth of the iphone and "smartphones", it is to be expected. But do you guys have your kids asking for a BB as opposed to an iPhone?

I got my BB to help me through school with the calendar, email, and its my only phone so its everything pretty much. Smartphones are becoming a lot more popular since a lot of newer "multimedia" phones require a data plan.

At one time I had 3 of my teenagers with berries. Partly because they wanted one and partly because they got my hand me downs-LOL. RIM has done a good job with their media campain to attract their market share of younger users.

My daughter wanted an iPhone but I got her a Curve instead. My son has a Curve also. They like their Curves better than the Centro and BlackJack that they used to have.
