I just got my blackberry 8703 today, so im not that skilled yet. But i just purchased a theme from this website today, got the confirmation email, but have no idea how to download it on my phone. Can someone please explain step by step? Thanks so much!

Didn't your confirmation email have instructions? Where did you purchase the theme?

purchased it here...not really, sent confirmation to my phone, and my phone said it downloaded it, but now I have no idea where it went

Try a battery pull while the device is on, and see if the theme is there when it comes back up. This is often all that is needed. Especially where your **cough** "phone" said it downloaded it.

Is it listed under that area?

Then it may not have installed properly.

You should have an email on your BlackBerry from CrackBerry with a link to download the theme.

The links should look something like this... this is what I got for the iVista theme for my curve. The links are not complete so don't try to click these.

You'll need to click the link in the "dowload (theme)" section which is first as shown below. Find that email and download it.

If you go to Options and than Themes.
It should appear in the themes list.
Otherwise your download probably failed.

I purchase the ivista2 this morning at about 8:30 and two hours later I have not received it. Any ideas what to do?
