    And now every email i send on my blackberry from the bellsouth account produces a red X. All emails sent from the lap top work perfectly well. Can someone help me fix this ?

    So, you have Exchange running on your laptop and you want to use that to send email from your Blackberry? Doesn't that require BES and a license?
