I just installed Desktop Manager 4.5 on my computer, and now all of my Java folders are empty, except for the Removed Modules folder where I moved all of the unwanted .cod files. Those are still there, but the main Java folder is empty.

It would be helpful to the rest of us if you post what fixed your issue. I'm having the exact same problem.
    Where did my files go?

    Uninstalled perhaps?

Simple enough to fix, re-install them again.

Yeah, Kronk ... post results for those of us who are wondering! I have a feeling all you had to do was reinstall some file, etc.

But this would be nice to know... for the future I think when you upgrade DMs this usually happens, but not sure.

If I remember it was uninstalling DM that caused the
problem. There is a spot where it ask if you want to
remove all user data, if you say yes to that it uninstalls
    your OS also.

Gotcha! That is what I thought it was... just wanted to have the solution publicly available so if someone stumbles upon the thread they know the answer!
