I suspect the OP is like me, in that we're both waiting for the carrier-approved release of 10.3.1 while using 10.2.1, so I can understand their excitement!

Nothing available in Sachesi for Movistar Spain. Still stuck in 10.2.1 and waiting for the official 10.3.1 release to make Blend work.

A very questionable stance if you ask me
Carriers have already proven they don't give a damn about BB, and they just simply want to be in control
So that reflects on the OS they push

10,3,1 is getting released with the classic, which is getting released in December. So the official 10,3,1 for other Bb devices won't get pushed till after that. Probably next year, maybe some of the Canadian carriers will get it out before then

Well originally they said it will be tied to the release of the Classic in November, but then they pushed off the Classic release to December.
That doesn't necessarily mean that they are still waiting for the Classic launch to release 10.3.1

Running 10.3.1.1016 on my VZW Z30. Other than the absent Flash support, it's given me few issues from a fresh install with a restore of a 'Quick Backup' from Link. I redownloaded all of my apps from BlackBerry World, Amazon, and Snap before the restore, so my app data and custom folder arrangements came back too, along with text messages, contacts, and WiFi profiles. With the newest version of Link and this autoloader, I think this has been the most painless update I've done so far

The battery life isn't that great on 10.3.1. I have yet to see a build with better battery life than 10.3.0.1418. As soon as you start using the phone a bit you'll see Text Messages app starts pulling CPU power like crazy, the phone gets so hot and drains battery. This is on a Z30 too. It sucks.

    Here's exactly what I mean:

Yeah. I switched back to my Z10 (from my Q10) and started using my Big Azz battery ....again.

Delete your old text messages bud. I removed everything older than October, waited a few minutes and did a volume reboot. Been great ever since. 48hrs CPU usage is a mere 1.9%.

Wish I could remember who suggested that, and give them the credit they deserve.

1016 still has many issues, so it's probably for the best if they wait until it's done.

Which release has no issues, or not many issues? Exactly.....

Run what works best for you. For some folks, that's 10.2.x. For others, 10.3.0.xxxx or 10.3.1.xxxx works.

    Your phone; your decision.

Why not grab the appropriate autoloader for your particular phone and load up 10.3.1.1016? If this build is being pushed out by some carriers to the Passport owners, is it really a "leak"? I think not. Besides, it seems to be working fantastic on my AT&T Z10 STL100-3. And, yes, the battery life is improved over earlier builds and it well supports my SanDisk 128 GB micro SDXC card. Try it, you might just like it!
It was not meant to be pushed to the passport so yeah it is a leak and it was only At&t.

I feel the loss of Flash support is a sour note and I don't understand why Blackberry still keep that in 10.3 but not in 10.3.1. I believe in informed choice. Perhaps Flash is simply too great a security risk - but it can be sandboxed to overcome that and even be turned on for specific sites or with user action like various desktop browser extensions. It is a CPU and therefore battery hog - but then so are location services, but I get to choose if I want to turn it on when I find it worth the battery hit.

For what it's worth, aware that it's a minority position, I think Flash support was a nice differentiator for the BB10 platform and that it's a shame that it will be left out of future releases.
