I am having some issues deleting messages from my inbox. I click the delete message and it says done but the message remains in my inbox. Would anyone have any suggestions?
Well I had a similar issue with my 9930, and it's kind of a glitch in the system. So I've got my e-mails set to group by subject. In my Gmail account, when I forward a message to someone it puts that forwarded message in the grouped thread and then it sticks a copy of that sent message out in my regular message list. When I would select this single message in the list to delete, it wouldn't go away, and the copy in the grouped message thread.
The only resolution to get this squared away is that I had to go to the display section of the menu, select to display by single message, then go back and have it group the messages again. This should solve your problem. That is, if your problem is about the same...
