Hi all - I'm having a problem with a client's Blackberry and I figured this was the best place to post the issue and question.
We currently have it setup with a Blackberry email address, and then email forwarded to it from our main mail server (we use POP mail, not a BIS). However, when the user gets an attachment (word docs specifically) if she clicks on it, the standard BB menu comes up, does not allow you to open an attachment.. Weird part is that it only happens with certain people. Others are no problem.
Seems to be isolated to this users BB - already tried killing the BB account and creating a new one, Attachment services are there, tried popping the mail - same issue.... Any help would be greatly appreciated.. Device is a Curve on T-Mo network.
