    Hey all.
I updated my Facebook app about an hour ago, and now when I open the app, my News feed won't load. I have tried rebooting and deleting the app with no luck. All other aspects of the app seem to work fine and load like normal. Anyone else having this issue? I have the Z10 on BELL in Toronto.

My connection is fine. All other feeds work perfectly. Close friends, messages everything. I've tried LTE and wifi, still nothing.

You don't need to "Pull the Battery" anymore!! There is a way to restart the phone. Push and hold the top power button.

it doesn't matter who your carrier is, they are app updates from BlackBerry World.

This happened to me before the update and I just deleted and reinstalled the app. Worked fine there after.

I plugged my Z into the charger today and a while later I unplugged it and swiped, nothing. Hit lock button, nothing but black screen. Held the lock button, no response. The phone was "Dead". So I pulled the battery and put it back in. The phone booted up like normal and had 85% battery left.

So to say "You Don't need to pull the battery Anymore", is actually a huge lie, just like the cake! Haha.

The audience selector on the Z10 is still not behaving like it should. By right, it should always default to the last used setting, until one changes it. I used one setting on my desktop Facebook, and tested to see if this last used audience setting is set for the following status update on my Z10 and find that it is not. It was working properly on my Bold 9900.

It is also noted that the inline audience selector isn't working fully. One should be able to do Custom setting.

Does anyone know how I can provide this feedback to Facebook BB10?

Go to BBWORLD select my apps, Facebook, tap the 3 dots on lower right and select contact developer. Email goes right to support.

Yes you do have to pull the battery from time to time, not as much as older models but it's there in case your phone wipes out/crashes or if some programs don't work after trying other things like restart ext!

lol its not a "Huge Lie". What do you do when your Playbook has this issue? Open it up and take out the battery? You push and hold the power button. I've had 2 crashes On my Z10 where it was unresponsive, pushing and holding the power button always gives me the option to power down or reboot.

QNX is designed so if an app crashes is does not bring down the OS. You can always push and HOLD the "X" on an app to force close it. After having my Z10 2 months I've never heard of any "Wiping Out" nor have I ever had to pull the battery. The Playbook is QNX, what do you do when it has issues? Open it and pull the battery?? No, you push and hold the power button, as it is designed.

There is no reason to pull the battery on a zed ten. Unless it is to replace it.

This not the old bbos; everything you knew about blackberrys throw out the Window. Like previous posters said: the Zed Ten works like the PlayBook in this regard.

    There are two options:
    1. You can press and hold the power button till the phone shuts off, then restart it.
    2. Press and hold the power button till the shutdown timer pops ups, then touch "Restart".

We have the very exact issue. I guess the problem is with the app itself after the update.
Let's hope an update will be out soon.
