Agreed, i got 0.4125W when i did the math

1500mAh/20hrs= 75mA (20hrs is the standard unit for calculating mAh)
75mA/1000=.075A
5.5Vx0.075A=0.4125W

Also, outputs are never rated in mAh... that is the wrong unit...

At 5.5V for 10W you would need 1.8A of power

For comparison, the standard blackberry charger is 5V at 750mA...

5x0.75 = 3.75W
