Hey guys this is my first blackberry and I have a question which is probably stupid. My phone can only go on the internet and browse using browser when data is turned on and it uses my 3G data even though wifi is connected. If I turn data off and wifi is still connected, bbm continues to work but my browser says it cannot connect. What do I have to do in order to browse using wifi? Thanks!
Are you using the hotspot browser?
Browser > options > general properties then in the top field; default browser, click and select hotspot browser, save changes.
