You can't. You need a data plan, or you need to get another BB with WiFi.

Because its a blackberry, not a motorola. It is NOT possible with ANY carrier. You have been mis-informed, it is not possible with rogers, att or telus or any carrier that has BB's available

You come here ask a question and then argue with our answer. Regardless... It is not possible.

My apologies for being rude. I didn't realize until after reading it that I should have worded everything way different. If you are paying $10 for internet upgrade yourself slightly and get BB data plan. You will not be sorry

the shippest data plan with bell canada is 25$ for 4MB.
    i find it expensive.
i just don t understand why i have to pay more for the same thing knowing that i paid a lot for the phone...

I found Bell Canada plans with 500mb of data a month plus voice starting at 45 bucks. You have to pay more for the "same thing" as your other phone because your other phone was not a blackberry and didn't have a 600 dollar msrp. The company has to have some way to make selling you the phone for 200$ worth it and forcing you to get a data plan regardless of what you use the phone for is how.

BB routes most of the data (including the web browser) through their central servers. If you don't have a BIS or a BES account, you do not have access to their servers. If you have WiFi, somethings will work but through the phone line connection requires access to their servers. No getting around that.
