Hey there...
I am very new to the Blackberry, but here is my thing...
I have the blackberry storm and have really no issues with it. However, when I text message my friends and family in Germany and Denmark I can not receive their messages.
I have contacted verizon and they did not know why either... everything is cleared on my phone...
My friends went the their provider and everything is cleared on their end as well.
Anyone have any suggestions

The only thing I can possibly think is that they're not inputting the correct country code when they text.

For example, when they call or text from Germany and if you're in the US, they would need to enter IDD code, or 00, for Germany, and then the US country code, which is 1, so: 00-1-xxx-xxx-xxxx.

Of course, if they're able to call you without an issue, then all I can think is that their carriers either don't allow them to send internationally, or that Verizon doesn't allow you to receive, since they charge separately for international texts.
