goto the dataviz website, and you can install it OTA. choose your make/model.
Thats the paid version and the OP is looking for the free version. Maybe you could download an OS that has the Docs to Go included and just extract the cod files and then install them on your phone.
i thought when you downloaded it..it stayed in free version until you entered your key?
Yeah, but if you download it from the DataViz site like you suggested, then that free version is really a trial version with a time limit of 30 days, I think. Some BlackBerrys come pre-loaded with the free Standard Edition, which is probably what the OP is talking about.
When I wiped my Curve a couple months ago I downloaded it from Dataviz, the trial version, and it never "expired".
Probably because your Curve came pre-loaded with the free Standard Edition. I also did a security wipe on my phone and didn't have to re-register Docs2Go or anything else when I got the Std Ed back. But, the trial is 30 days for phones that didn't get the pre-load.
From DataViz: " Documents To Go Standard Edition is included with all BlackBerry smartphones running BlackBerry Device Software 4.5, including the BlackBerry Tour, Curve 8900, Storm, Bold and many more. See if Documents To Go came on your device."
