I can't load my restore file to my phone. After performing the task and the phone is shut down it doesn't have the data when I start it back up. it is very frustrating. No memory of the wifi password or anything.

Yep, a lot of people are rolling it back to the previous OS, and turning off auto updates

You must be coming from 10.2.X.

Sounds like the blue LED issue. Here is the fix:

My Passport SE , and BlackBerry Classic Cobalt blue bought from shopblackberry.com dont have no issues at all after the update.

I'm not running bb10 any longer but this seems like an interesting load. Some people reporting zero issues at all...some like conite mention with the pesky blue led issue, some rolling it back....and some just reloading the OS, and all is good. I'm seeing a lot more issues with this update and not just referring to the OS itself but the loading of the update has had many hiccups. Strange.
