    my sms box both in/out is full very quickly, despite having an 8gb card, how do I increase the memory for sms?

    Your media card is not made to save SMS messages. They are saved in your BlackBerry memory.

    When I upgraded to 4.5 my device memory went up by about 10 megs. If you haven't done that already that should help as well.
