    Hello. When I launch IM+, it doesn't make it past the "connecting" screen. I've rebooted, reinstalled, and it still stops at "connecting".

    I think it may be trying to connect to accounts with bad login information that I set up a while back.

    Anyone know a solution?

    Just thought that I'd add that it worked the first time I launched it to configure the accounts, but it hasn't since then.

    this on BB(BlackBerry phone) or PB(PlayBook)?
    if phone what phone and version you running?

    the bad accounts sounds plausible. It also might be that your signal strength is not strong enough for it if its a bandwidth hog.

    I am on a 9810 with 7.0.0.583

    The signal around here is good enough I think, and I've tried with both wifi and H+, and neither has worked.

    Is there any way for me to remove whatever persistent data the app has stored regarding my account infos, in case that is the problem?

    the only way i can think of it is to delete the app... have you done a reset(either a battery pull or alt+shift+dlt) on your device after the delete?

    p0w3rt0m , please try to reproduce the situation once again and then send us the support request from IM+ Help / Support&About from the menu. We will get the log file attached to the request. It will help us to investigate the situation and advise you further.

    I sent in the request just now.

    I had to send it from appworld because im+ can't open any menus while stuck on the black "connecting" screen for me.

    Well, I contacted support, and they sent me an im+ settings cleaner. App works for me now.
