I have a bb z3. I don't know how this OS works. Should i create a bb account?

Just use it.... there will be a short tutorial during setup.

Yes you'll need a BBID (or account) which you will create during setup.

If you just bought a used phone.... make sure that BlackBerry Protect is turned off, then do a security wipe and set the phone up as new.

And I'll add having a good plan for backing up the phone, as it's not just automatic like with Android and iOS. Tool preferred by BlackBerry is BlackBerry LINK which requires a PC, but is pretty much EOL and not reliable. So I'd find an app in BlackBerry World like Ultimate Backup.

All the best I do hope you like your new Z3. Just swipe up or swipe up and pull right to choose what you want to do.

Otherwise long press on the screen where you want something done and a menu will appear.
