    They always boasted if having this strong user base but at least for me it feels a bit like I'm an outsider. People on Crackberry had to tell me about the event BlackBerry couldn't do it? They have my email, just as they have everyone with a bbid's email why didn't they tell us anything.

    I know it was launched in Malaysia but they could have sent out a couple of emails to each person on BlackBerry 10 and bbos to say hey, not only are we still here but our best new phone yet launched today and here is why it's so great!

    I don't know just feel a bit left out.

    They typically rely on carriers for regional marketing. Heck, I still haven't received notification for the 9700.

    I've always signed up for "more information " on bb's website ever since the original Storm. Not once have they sent me an email announcing a product release on time.

    They e-mailed bb10 developers.I don't think they would email users until the z30 is like a week away from being available locally. Isn't that what they did with the z10 and q10?

    Thank Heaven for CrackBerry because that is how I found out about my Z10, learned all the tips and tricks of how to use it way before the first launch in Canada. When I purchased mine in April about a month later BlackBerry sent me an email saying that it was available!!!

    Same here, if I wasn't a long time BlackBerry user and checked the CB site almost everyday for years I would know next to nothing about BB10 . CB is the only way I knew BlackBerry had a marketing dept. or used to anyways.

    I hate that the BlackBerry website has the option to submit email for updates on products but they are ALWAYS days - a week behind.
