    I did the upgrade to 10.2.0.1371 and since then I'm having problems trying to log into my Facebook account. In settings>Accounts i don't see an icon for Facebook anymore and I don't know how to retrieve that and because of that problem I'm not able to login to my Facebook account on my phone. Can anyone help?

    Welcome to the forums.

    After the update, what exactly did you do? Did you restore a backup? Give us some more info so we can try to figure out what issu you're getting.

    Yeah i did the restore and everything is working great. After the setup when I was logging on to my Facebook it goes to loading accounts. It won't actually load the accounts and the screen just remains at loading accounts for a long time. So after I tried to go to settings > Accounts and usually you find a Facebook account icon where you can enter login details but there's no icon for Facebook in my accounts anymore. Now whenever I try opening the app it says login and again it goes to loading accounts page and nothing happens.

    I think the restore messed it up.

    I was going to suggest removing the account from the device (that is, if you can find the facebook acount anywhere).

    A device wipe may be in order... Give it a try? Wipe and restore again... See if that works.

    EDIT: Before you try the wipe, what if you uninstall the Facebook app? Go to BlackBerry World > My Apps > Installed > long press on Facebook and delete it. Reboot the phone (hold both volume rockers till screen goes black), download it again and see what happens.

    I've same issue. And I've already tried -

    1. Delete FB app
    2. Battery pull
    3. Re-install FB app from BB World
    4. Battery pull
    5. Open FB and still same message - session expired

    When I go to Accounts, there is no way to add FB account. Only email, calendar, evernote etc.

    I am on 10.2.1443 leak on Q10.

    I am sure restoring from backup messed it up. Is there a way to access device system folders, and selectively delete "facebook" related folders (maybe there is a hidden OS cache folder where some FB session information is saved)?

    Ok. Got it to work. Here is what I did

    - Did another full restore
    - Signed in to BlackBerry I'd, setup email accounts but left FB alone.
    - rebooted
    - deleted FB app
    - rebooted
    - reinstalled FB app
    This time it allowed me to login

    Hope you did not delete 'fb' account before re-installing the app?
    First do a full restore from backup.
    After restore:
    1. Login to bbid
    2. Setup email accounts as usual.
    3. It'd prompt you to setup fb account. Don't set it up. Leave it alone.
    4. Delete FB app
    5. Reboot (hard reset or battery pull)
    6. Install FB app from BlackBerry world
    7. Reboot
    8. Open FB app and login should work.

    I am having the same problem with my Z30, rebooting, un installing, installing the app didn't help either. Too much trouble to wipe and restore data again. BlackBerry should pay more attention to such popular app as Facebook, especially when this is developed by themselves and not by Facebook!
