I've had my blackberry 8350i for about 5 days. I have done a little texting each day until today. When I try to text, I get a message "no mms service record. You will only be able to save draft. Anybody had this experience?

Are you trying to send an SMS or MMS? I believe that there is no MMS for Sprint Blackberry's.

The 8350i's do have MMS capabilities now.

OP - try resending your service books..

either log onto your BIS and send from the PC, or find the manage internet email icon (or named silimar) and follow thru.

Also, register the host routing table

Options, advanced, host routing table, menu key - register.
