    Do I return it to wirefly and get a new one or go to the AT&T store to get a new one?

    ^ this is the second week ive had the phone so its well within the 30 day return/guarantee

    You will have to return it and wait 3-5 days for them to receive and process your old phone. They will verify you haven't damaged it and then they will send you a new one.
