I'm using an iphone now and it's bearable but still a pain in the ***.

As for apps I use a lot of the social media ones so a new phone would have those that work well as well as a good email/calendar app.

Actually they make pretty good phones imo. They look sturdy and the "new" (xperia x series) UI looks nice ;-)

I'm not arguing. I love their products. My Vaio laptops are the best made laptops I own. But Sony as a business, aside from the Playstation part, scary.

I'm having trouble currently choosing between the Xperia Z5 Premium and the X Performance. The Premium has so many things including a bigger screen and battery that the X does not, but the X is newer and slightly more portable.....

I just don't know. I'm going to Comic Con in two weeks, I want to get an Xperia before I leave as I have trouble taking pictures one handed with my Passport. And there are just so many photo opportunities and I'm usually carrying lots of stuff. It would also be nice to use the Comic Con app. It barely runs on my Passport.

How about Ubuntu meizu?That's the only gesture based OS other than BlackBerry 10. I found the review nice.But for them also app ecosystem is the issue.

I would go for an iPhone but the browser font is teeny tiny. What is left for me would be an Android with a smaller screen but still good specs. I would love to see some Android maker take on the BlackBerry PKB technology.
