I think mobile nations needs a general tech new site. One that covers things like 3d printers, or Google cars or new type of cellphone batteries or Facebook news. Just stuff that doesn't pertain to one platform. Stuff that is more general news than BlackBerry or iOS news.

Perhaps you should check out Connectedly? It started out as Smartwatch Forums, then the concept expanded to Connected technology, it's been open at least a couple of months, now.

I thought that was for connected devices. Like smart watches or Google glass? I mean for other things that aren't watches or connected devices or phones.

    3D Printers - Connectedly Forum

Connected Cars & Automotive - Connectedly Forum

It is open to a lot of things, and if you have suggestions for expansion, bring it up there and see where it goes. I contribute there, as well. It is an interconnected world, and amazing things are coming.

Ad for phone batteries, those would be most appropriate in the individual phone forums, usually found in the Accessories subforum for the pertinent device.
