I think it's time for Blackberry to bring the wheels back-5790_play.jpg

I think it's a good solution for touchscreen editing. It may be not as good as trackpad or trackball, but it still provides a much better editing experience then the touchscreen circle we are using on BB10.

it won't effect the screen size at all, you can have both the big screen and a good editing ability.

Imagine 7290 or 8700 with touch screen and gestures.

It's a thought, but I wouldn't be keen on it.

I think most manufacturers are gravitating away from moving parts. First they started producing less and less slider keyboards, then they started removing hardware buttons. I don't think they'd add a wheel that can stick and catch at this point in the game.

I loved the wheels and was disappointed when they went away. It isn't a bad thought; however the editing is 5 times better than when the Z10 was originally released. They will just fine tune it I am sure.

While I'm not keen on a wheel, I am a fan of capacitive keys.

I'm not a BB10 user. On Android I hate the navigation bar. It takes up screen real estate. Often system gestures interfere with in app gestures. An example being using PIE controls. I don't necessarily want to go home just because I swipe up while in an app especially games.

If you compare the screen to bezel ratio on a Galaxy Note 3 to a Z30. The Note manages to maintain a lower profile while still including a hardware and 2 capacitive buttons.
