I used to have a 9900 & it was convenient to double it as a USB drive by just plugging it in to any computer & copy files over. This is somehow not available on my Z10 without installing BlackBerry Link on that computer. Will it be made available again? Please help.

How many of you miss this feature?

It's still there. Go to Settings, Storage and Access, and turn on USB Mass Storage. Like on the 9900, you will not have access to your SD card while connected to a computer.

I just bought a Z10 and I can't use it in mass storage, I've gone to storage and access and switched mass storage on and it's still not working. Any help would be appreciated.

Try switching the USB connection from auto detect to Windows

USB mas storage will ONLY work if you have a sd card inserted.

Plus, you would only see the option to switch mass storage mode on if you have an SD card inserted. It's not there if there is no card in the phone because the "media storage details" section won't be there.
