Just a quick note of appreciation to Crackberriers...I came here from a different Blackberry forum, where I found responses (not just to me; in general) to be condescending and cold. I feel that you guys are both informative, and for the most part welcoming, and while I am not a big chat-with-strangers-and-dating-sites kind of girl, I enjoy coming here and interacting with people who share my interest and passion for Blackberry.
Okay, enough of the warm fuzzies, back to Word Mole.
Yes, have been running the Torch for about a month now. I've been a BB user since 2002/03...and I live in Waterloo, Ontario (home of RIM) which realllly doesn't help my addiction any.
Thanks for showing the appreciation, we've definitely had enough of Darryl and Debbie Downers, lately, and a nice thanks is always welcome. It is appreciated.

Welcome aboard. Glad you like it here. I don't use BB anymore but liked the people of the forum enough to hang around. Despite my best efforts I still offer helpful advice from time to time but I'm working on that...
This forum came into my life about 2 weeks into 9000 ownership. Thanks to the many kind individuals who share information the BB experience has been a real wonder. Now with the new 9800 the experience is even better. Sharing the bits I leaen along the way is for me a way to repay my debt.

Agree! xoxo. In my debate between Blackberry and Android I've found the people associated with blackberry to be much kinder, epically when someone has a different point of view.
I't nice to see that another experienced BB user is around to help those of us who are still learning.
You are right about that other site, the GURUS there are mostly condesending to the newbies, or they all seem to get together to have a good laugh at the poor guys expense, and may god help you if you don't search enough before posting.
This site is better organized and most of the answers you need are in one place, in threads they stickied just for that purpose.
Everyone seems to help with even basic questions, and the mid level experienced members (less than 100 posts) don't seem to fear being Flame Sprayed by the gurus if they try to help the newbies with there basic questions.
