Be sure to install and run the OS after the download. Many people simply save it without realizing that it won't be recognized until its installed and running.

I think i currently have two os's installed in my computer but when i go to control pannel to see it shows that i don't have any installed..
and when i launch it from app loader it just brings up 5.0 i just want my phone to work i don't care if its the normal verizon version of 4.5 thats what im trying to put back on..
The Latest OS from sprint is 4.5.0.186 for the 8330m....if your trying to install anything for the regular 8330 it simply wont work.
Did you run the OS after you installed it, are you sure I dont mean to nag. When you installed the OS did you accept the terms and all that stuff? Like double click on it like you about to install a program on your comp?
Ok so now you said its not showing up in your control panel and Programs?
Double click on the one you just DL and when you do its going to ask you to repair it let it do so.
Once that is done.....do a search on your computer for Vendor.xml and be sure to check the search hidden locations and delete anything that has to do with Vendor.
