    I have a Pearl 8130. (I've had it a few weeks)

The alarm worked just fine but now does not go off at all. I have it on Loud, have tried to change the tone, it says ON...but nothing. Any ideas?

I did do the battery pull yesterday (after deleting a few apps I won't use), then today as well.

If this tells you anything at all, I woke up this morning to see the clock on my phone 2 hours behind (It was fine as of 11pm last night when I went to sleep). I am getting really bummed out....

make sure your clock is set to network time, not blackberry time.

Wait so when for example you set it to a minute or two from now to just test it, it doesn't work either?

    That's right.

To be more specific, a few days ago is when it started. It would "go off" normally but without sound. Now yesterday and today it just plain didn't "go off" at all. I have to get up at 5am tomorrow...one of you better call me! lol

Really, though, I am beyond frustrated.

What is the active Profile set to?

If it's PHONE only the ringer will work, all other alerts will do nothing.
If silent, I think (not tried it), but that should also keep the alarm from going off.

Have you installed any 3rd party apps that do anything with alerts, notices or alarms? Message pop ups, things of that nature?
