I will set all email accounts, FaceBook, text messages and Twitter to on but they do not save beyond the first use of the hub after making the settings. Anyone know why?
This happens from time to time as well after a restart for me. A fix for me is to enable all you want to be on in the hub, then restart just the hub with the 4-5 swipes from the top corner trick. After that all should work fine. Hope this helps.

It's a known issue called the Phantom toggle. Search for it
