I am a new member and blackberry user. This site is awesome. Thanks all in advance for the help you do.

I am having problems clicking on a link that i receive. It is an html.

"Click on the link below to open your web browser and see the properties that your Realtor agent has sent to you"

"Agent Full Page"


The "agent full page" above is supposed to be a clickable link. It shows this way and with the full url link but with a break in it on my blackberry curve. It works ok in outlook. Is there any email viewer that it would work?????

If you upgrade to OS 4.5, then you can get HTML email. The standard OS 4.3 that comes on the 8330 will not get HTML unless you purchase a 3rd party app like Empower or one of the other apps.

Rather than upgrade to 4.5, I'm using Empower, downloaded it with no issues, and Its a great app.
