If I look in my Options > Email Options on my Messages, I see something that says "Enable HTML" and thats set to yes. So I'm assuming that it works.

A plausible explanation, is MAYBE that I'm not getting HTML because i'm trying to pull up old messages. Perhaps old messages didn't get pushed with HTML? Just a though. I'll have to wait and see for an HTML email to come through.

You can't pull up old messages. Only messages you get from today and in the future will be in html. To see for yourself, forward and old message to yourself. It should be in html.

Hmm. Lets do a step by step.

    1. Pull out the battery. Go jump in circles, then after 30 sec, put back.
    2. Once loaded, send service books via BIS
    3. In your Messages, go to "Options", "Email Settings", and make sure "HTML" is "On." If you have this feature, you have BIS 2.5
    4. Wait for a new email. Old emails will not view HTML, neither will forwarded emails.

That's what I've been reading on here.
I was hoping I was missing something.
And there is no definitive answer on when
    At&t is getting 4.5.

For those that want to do a test email, and you have a YouTube account, just click "Forgot Password" on your YouTube login. Give it a few minutes, and it will send you an HTML email. You can use that to see if it works.

Hmm... I don't have that feature listed anywhere in Options > Email Settings and yet, I have HTML mail coming in. Oh well, as long as it's working, right? lol

    BTW, I'm on 4.5.0.46.

    REALLY?

Thats absolutely weird. You don't have that listed for any of your email addresses? I have .46 as well, but I have "Enable HTML Email", and "Download Images Automatically" on there.

Have you done a battery pull since the push? Mine has only appeared since I've done a battery pull.

But hey, as long as it works, you're right man!

It is not in your "Options" menu. YOu must first go into your Messages, then go to Options through there.

Yup and all it took was one resending of those service books. Now I've got all the options on my BB... no battery pull needed.
