I updated to OS 4.5 on my at&t curve 8310 yesterday and was expecting HTML emails. I checked the search on here and people suggested resending the books and clicking "get image" in the menu. I tried resending the books and nothing happened and I don't have the option in the menu to "get image"s. What can I do to get HTML emails?

Try sending the service books a couple of times, then go to options>advanced options>host routing table>hit menu>register now...

If all else fails, try a battery pull. That will reinitialize the device.

Also try deleting your email from the BIS site, deleting your service books from your phone, resetup your email and resend dervice books.

So does anyone know if this ended up working? Im having the same problem...except its on my Pearl. I upgraded to Telus official release of 4.5.0.77 last nite. But dont have the option for dload image's in the email.

Thank you all so much! I sent the service books twice and it finally started working. I found the "get image" link in the menu and everything!
