I was unaffected by the outage. I waited patiently until service was restored. That's me. I laughed at the ones panicking all these past three days, they need to chillax! lol (no seriously, relax, it's not the end of the blackberry world)
I checked email through my desktop and a wifi connected iPod touch. Used good ol' SMS for messaging. Probably used the berry as a phone a little more than usual. Sure not as convenient and efficient as normal, but I survived..it wasn't the end of the world or anything.
the only use i have for BBM is email, using my Yahoo! and Gmail accounts. i never use PIN or SMS messaging and i hardly talk. it's more a handheld PC to me than a phone
