    So I cant tap any icons or open any menus. I can only make calls.

    I cant even connect the Passport to the computer and wipe it because it isnt recognized. Ive never had a problem like this with my Z10 or PP in just under 5 years and now im stuck with no phone until I deicde if im getting a KEYone...

    WHAT DO I DO?

    Get the K1 :lol:

    Try a hard reset. Hold down both volume buttons until the BlackBerry logo pops up.

    been trying that for 24 hours
    I called a few stores and they are all sold out of K1

    Try removing the usb cable from your computer and do a restart, maybe a few times. Then plug it in and see if it will recognize the phone.
