Hi Guys
Could you help me with the steps of Wiping Clean my BB bold 9000? i mean a complete wipe.
i wiped it twice and installed a new OS but i discovered that i get the same setting and presets for tunein radio for example.
I need you help

I don't know what OS you're using, but you said it's 9000 Bold so it's probably gonna be OS 5

OS 4 or 5:
Options > Security Options > General Settings > Press Menu Key > Wipe Handheld

OS 6:
Options > Security > Security Wipe
