Can anyone give feedback on their experience with Viber on BB10?

As I continue to consider switching back to BlackBerry, one thing I've come to realize is that I absolutely rely on Viber, no matter how hard I try to deny it. Viber doesn't have a native BB10 app unfortunately but I have seen videos of Viber on BB10 but these are from 5 - 7 months ago. Does Viber still work on BB10? Any active users able to chime in? Would be great to hear from you and your experience.

i have been using the Android version not the one in Blackberry world. Works fine. However its so crappy compared to bbm that i have switched most of my friends from the philipines to use bbm.

Have heard navigation and features work decent, but that it's a true battery drainer. Haven't used it myself tho

Im not sure if viber works in passport. I hope it will be available at the Passport.

If it doesn't show up as compatible with the Q10/Passport, you can always install the normal apk or install it from another app store

Viber works great on my Z10. I get notifications and calls even when the app is not opened on the active frame. It just works as it does on my Android phone. One thing, it is a bit slow, if you are on 10.2.1.

I've always had Viber as I have a lot of friends who use it ive had it running on my q10 for ages and even though it hasn't run smoothly it has still run.
Since updating to 10.3 (recomeded by the way)
It runs much smoother I hope this answers the original question

Viber work on full touch screen not in touch and type like Q-10 but I think Viber people can think and make a app which run In Q series for all consumers.

I only have one contact on Viber so I don't use it much. Just another option for those not using bbm to contact me.

For Q10 there is no viber instore what u have to do
Instal viber in Z10 and backup it via apk backpu app because viber for z10 is android ant then instal apk file in Q10,Q5 etc models

Try more native apps like fongo which gives you a phone number people can call and you can call land or cellphones with voip rates and no extra fee other then the voip long distance charges no viber out fee

It's also made in waterloo
also it's Canada wide calling for free mind you you get a Canadian number but meh lol
