I got my ATT 8130 just days ago. I wanted my address book from my Nextel 7100i so I backed it up and sync'ed it with my 8130 Pearl now all I have on my pearl is my desktop from my 7100i
How can I get rid of the 7100i desktop and get my 8130 desktop back??????
No I didn't back up my 8130 desktop. What an ***** I feel like!!!

Can the phone be reloaded at the store?

Reloaded with what? Did they transfer your contacts from your old phone to the new phone? Even if they did i doubt they kept your backup file.
